These GTC govern the contractual relationship between [Name des Startups], represented by [Name], [Adresse], hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Service Provider&#8221;, and the customers who make use of services in the area of naturalization procedures, hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Customer&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>2. services<\/em><br\/>2.1. The service provider offers support and advice in the naturalization process.<br\/>2.2. The exact services are based on the respective individual agreement between the service provider and the customer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>3. conclusion of contract<\/em><br\/>3.1. A contract is concluded when the customer accepts an offer from the service provider, either in writing or electronically.<br\/>3.2. Amendments or supplements must be made in writing.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>4. remuneration<\/em><br\/>4.1. The amount of remuneration shall be based on the agreed prices or the service provider&#8217;s current price list.<br\/>4.2. The service provider undertakes to comply with data protection regulations.<br\/>6.2. The customer agrees to the collection, processing and use of his personal data in the context of the execution of the contract.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>7. final provisions<\/em><br\/>7.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.<br\/>7.2. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is [Ort].<br\/>7.3.
